Vote in the national primaries too!

No matter where you stand on the issue of status in Puerto Rico, as a citizen you have the right to vote in the national primaries of the Republican and Democratic parties.  We urge you to exercise your right to vote.

The primary for the Republican Party will be held this Sunday, March 5.  Click here for information on where you can vote. Please note that these are not the same as the PNP primary voting locations. This is to vote for U.S. presidential candidates such as Marco Rubio, Donald Trump, etc.  You do not need to be a registered Republican to vote.

Calls to the Democratic National Committee for information have not been returned as of press time.  A person at the office of Luis Camacho, press secretary of the Partido Popular Democrático, the local affiliate of the national Democratic party, told us that the date for the Democratic primary in Puerto Rico has not been set but may be in June.  We will update our information on the Democratic primary as we have it.
